The deadline for the 2009 Awards is 5pm on Monday 20 July. All application forms must have been filled in and submitted (through the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form.
Please remember to also send us any photos or video material. These will not count in the judging process but will help dinner attendees get more of a feel of community work taking place throughout London.
