Following the preliminary judging panel, the shortlist for the 2010 Dragon Awards has been announced. Over 60 entrees were received and the judges were impressed by the high standard of all the applications. The organisations shortlisted stood out for their innovative and impactful projects that benefit disadvantaged groups in London.
